For nearly 15 years, Mr. Alessio has served as the managing partner of Hotel Chantelle, along with holding other leadership positions at several other food and beverage and hospitality establishments of note. After leaving college after an unfortunate incident at school, he began his career in the restaurant industry, landing a job as a waiter at Ground Round. Soon after, he was trained to become a bartender and went on to work at Chow Baby in New Jersey. After gaining initial experience in the restaurant industry, he moved up in the ranks through various restaurants.

When Mr. Alessio was offered a partnership by his friend and mentor, Eric Perazio Dakis, who owned South City Grill, he stepped into his first managerial role and opened another two locations in collaboration with Ravi Patel. From 2003 to 2006, he held the title of general manger of the Cellar Bar at The Bryant Park Hotel. The year after, he became the owner and managing partner of Profundo Day Club, the first rooftop bar in Long Island City, at the Ravel Hotel, which he continues to manage today.

In 2009, Mr. Alessio established his consulting company along with his former business partner; together, they started Hotel Chantelle in 2010 before parting ways. In reflecting on his career highlights, he cites his most notable achievement as building the first rooftop bar in Long Island City, Penthouse 808. In addition, Mr. Alessio created the first authentic pool club and the first pool club in New York City and Long Island City called Profundo. Moreover, he is proud of his continuous contributions to Hotel Chantelle.

In all he has achieved, Mr. Alessio credits his success to his positive attitude and innovative mindset. From his perspective, life is like climbing a ladder, where one must keep climbing and coming up with new ideas to succeed. Furthermore, he believes in thinking outside the box, being generous, treating individuals well, and making an effort to positively impact others. He values his word and makes an effort to compensation those who deserve it.

Since Mr. Alessio possesses a highly creative brain, he is constantly seeking ways to enhance the guest experience. Currently, he is working to reinvigorate Hotel Chantelle by introducing a new concept for a cocktail bar below the hotel; the bar will be named Boombox, and he plans for the cocktails to be named after iconic songs. As he continues to oversee the hotel, he plans to expand it in the next five years by purchasing the building next to it, which he will transform either into a boutique hotel or a condominium building with food and beverage services around it. In addition, Mr. Alessio is concurrently developing the Profundo hotel brand and foresees his efforts enabling him to share his profits with deserving individuals.
